Dufour Company Story 

The brand's renowned Michel Dufour combined his engineering knowledge with the discovery of polyester in 1957. Thanks to this combination, he built a yacht. The Dufour brand, which started to serialize its production by taking 20 orders in 1965, succeeded to receive 60 orders the following year. In 1970, he produced his model named Safari, which managed to make a lot of mention of its name. This production is a turning point for our brand. When it showed the year 1971, it moved to a place capable of producing 300 boats. Today, it produces in a very modern factory with an area of ​​15,000 square meters within the boundaries of La Rochelle. The Dufour brand will continue to mention its name with its sails.
