The Sea Buses Captain and Chief Engineers Association, shortly İDOKABAD, was established in 1999. It is among the associations that are members of the Maritime Federation. The Maritime Federation completed its establishment activities on 30 May 2011. After the completed studies, he applied to the Provincial Associations Desk by submitting his establishment petition and statute. After its establishment, it formed the temporary administrative board. Later, he elected the founding president and fulfilled the 1st Ordinary General Assembly on 20 November 2011.
