The Goonies Movie Summary
A group of children lives in a town named Oregon, located on the west coast of the USA. The house where these children live is asked to be demolished. The reason for the demolition of the house is that it is desired to build a golf course in the region where it is located. When the house is about to collapse, children find a map of a legendary pirate on the roof of the house. The owner of this map is One-eyed Willie. Children start searching for the treasure on the map they find. To reach the treasure, they have to go through many different places, from underground to sea caves.
While on their way, they encounter a lot of pirate traps. Various adventures have to be experienced to survive these traps. They also encounter gangs wanted by the police during their journeys. The Family Gang and Fratelli are among those dangerous people. Children also have intense struggles with these people.
The reason for children living in Oregon to start such a dangerous journey and continue without giving up is to prevent their houses from being destroyed to become golf courses. If One Eye finds the treasure shown on Willie's map, they believe that they will give the necessary money and save their home. Their purpose is to protect their neighborhood. They fight without fear in situations that require courage for this cause.
